Get Ready for 6th Period Track Training!

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Track Class Tryouts. Of the 55 people who tried out, we are excited to welcome 31 into our training class. Congratulations!

If you didn’t make it, continue working out. We will have another tryout in January.

Athletic Clearance Packets are due from all athletes in the 6th period training class by Monday October 6th. You can find the packet on the Mira Costa web site or on our track website under the Links Tab. If you have any questions please contact Coach Moe www.Moe.mctrack@gmail.com.

Things athletes need to remember about 6th period Track Training Class:

  1. Wear good quality running shoes.
  2. Bring water – every day.
  3. Eat a good lunch – every day. Do not skip.
  4. Ice, stretch, and roll-out every day after training. Even if you think you don’t need too.

Every day– we want you to succeed!
